This Consent is made upon informed and conscious decision. It is issued freely, by my own will and for my own benefit, and confirms my consent to the processing of the following personal data:
- Last name, Name;
- Data of the identity document;
- Phone number;
- Photo;
- Position;
- Occupation.
This Consent is given to the Operator for performing the following actions with my personal data as: collecting, organizing, storing, adjusting (updating, changing), depersonalizing, and destroying, as well as for performing any other actions envisaged by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in both automated and / or non-automated ways / tools.
This Consent is given to the Operator for processing my personal data for the following purposes:
- providing services / executing work to me;
- sending me notifications relating to the provided services / performed work;
- preparing and sending answers to my requests;
- sending me information, including promotional content, about events / products / services / works of the Operator.
This Consent is valid indefinitely until its withdrawal by sending the relevant notification to the support@itgrix.com email address.
If I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without consent when personal data is made publicly available and if there are grounds specified in Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V “On personal data and their protection" (as amended and supplemented as of May 1, 2023).
